What’s left?
This project aims to fight the neglect of antique photographs. They are found in second-hand shops, in the garbage; forgotten, abandoned. The entire process questions whether photographs themselves, as objects, have any real permanence at all. Recreating archives tends to make these forgotten people, their small histories, and their individual worlds survive time itself.
